"Zwei liebevoll renovierte und wunderschön eingerichtete Berghütten nur durch einen "2m Katzensprung" getrennt haben uns als Familie 1 Woche beherbergt. Alles war wie beschrieben und noch besser: z.B. war da noch "der Golfplatz (für Kinder) hinterm Haus" (auf einer abschüssigen Wiese aber doch prima, dass die Kinder sich beschäftigten) und der Bergbach direkt neben dem Grundstück, in dem wir viel gespielt und gebadet haben. "We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Serenella. The location is ideal - you’re in the old town, next to the Lake, near the ferry terminal yet it’s tucked away nicely so it’s peaceful. The staff were excellent, super friendly, and there to help with anything you need. The hotel has its own private pier which is great to have to go for a dip during the hottest hours of the day!! Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Garda/Sirmione!"

"We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!"

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."
