"The location and area are wonderful. The property COULD be a gem, but it is in terrible disrepair. The house inside, while perhaps not outfitted for people who cook a lot, is decent. But when we checked in, the exterior was a shambles. Grass half cut and lawnmower left on the sidewalk, gardens not weeded or cared for, pool cold and dirty, hot tub not working, and not clean, no propane tank for the bbq, the dock in disrepair to the point of being dangerous. "Had a very happy and kind welcome from Michael and were very impressed by a wonderful view and renovated room in room 42. So much fun watching the sea lions on the pier, and great dining at the Cook and Butcher, a 5 minute walk away. Would for sure recommend!"
