The salad is served with packaged dressing, Housekeeping did not clean my room. I was not informed at check in if I needed to request in advance."

"Overall the hotel was beautiful. Had a restaurant on site and an indoor pool which was warm. We paid for the room with the jetted tub and it was broken. We told the desk about it and after some back and forth they gave us a new room with a working one. Then my in laws checked in and they also got a room with a broken tub. Again there was pushback but eventually we got them another room as well. "
