The apartment is situated under the owner's home, with access to a spacious and pleasant garden. The views of the mountain behind are amazing. Very convenient to Annecy and the villages on the eastern side of the lake. Our host was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the apartment clean. There is room for improvement - small and medium sized saucepans are needed for the small induction hob, and it would have been nice to find a few kitchen basic essentials like salt, pepper, oil left in the cupboard, or coffee filters for the coffee machine, or more than one tea towel. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay in this lovely apartment.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille, à 4. Nous avions pris la chambre supplémentaire. Nous avions donc un bel espace. L'appartement en rez de jardin est agréable, on se croirait dans une maison. Très proche à pied du lac et des commerces. Nombreuses activités possibles, visites, marche, vélo...Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques.

Hôtes particulièrement accueillants, bienveillants, avec de bons conseils pour visiter Annecy et ses environs. L' hébergement est superbe, bien équipé et propre, on se sent très bien.Bel emplacement et environnement magnifique, proximité du lac et de la ville d'Annecy. Allez y les yeux fermés. On gardera votre adresse. Merci pour tout. les orléanais.

L'appart est super bien placé. Commerces, restos et plage de la brune a proximité immédiate de l'appartement. Avec la deuxième chambre en supp, nous étions super bien à 4. Petit bemol sur la sécurité pour les enfants vis a vis de la piscine en contrebas (non utilisable par les locataires mais avec une barrière quasi inexistante). Sinon super.

Tolle unkomplizierte Vermieterin die sehr kinderfreundlich ist und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Vor allem die Terasse ist mega. Die traumhafte Gegend ergänzt das Ganze zu einem wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Toute l’ambiance, le confort pour profiter de cette région que nous ne connaissions pas. La plage de la brune est à 10 minutes à pieds, Annecy à 10 minutes en voiture et il y a tant à visiter à proximité ou en prenant l’autoroute pour le Lac Léman par exemple. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Annecy est magnifique mais veyrier sur lac on aurait pas pu tomber mieux. Bon emplacement possibilité de faire pas mal de chose à pied. Toute ma petite famille étaient ravie et nous comptons renouveler l expérience et pour cela nous feront appel à vous car le logement est très agréable !!!

positiv: Checkin bereits um 15:00 Uhr möglich, Kinderbett und Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden, grosser Garten mit Schaukel, HUnd der Besitzer sehr gut erzogen, sonnige Terrasse mit grossem Sonnenschirm, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum See negativ: oberflächig sauber aber in den Ecken müsste mal wieder gewischt werden, für 3 Personen gab es nur zwei grosse Handtücher, Betten mussten selbst bezogen werden, Geschirr und Besteck ist teilweise abgenutzt, ACHTUNG: Wohnung verfügt laut Ausschreibung über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer; tatsächlich handelt es sich um eine Wohnküche mit zwei Ausziehbetten und ein separates Schlafzimmer durch welches der einzige Zugang zum Bad besteht.

Un petit havre de paix à 5 min d'Annecy, avec tout le confort et l'équipement tant à l'intérieur qu'à extérieur : salon de jardin orienté ouest (superbe coucher de soleil). Proche de petits commerces, tout peut se faire pied. Petite plage à 10 min avec activités nautiques sur le Lac (pédalo, paddle ...) Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Les propriétaires ont été très aidants et à notre écoute. Bravo !!

Super logement bon emplacement, j’aurais bien aimé qu’on me propose la chambre supplémentaire qui est sur les photos mais dispo uniquement sur demande. Du coup avec juste une chambre ce n’était pas super confort avec nos 2 enfants. Logement tres bien situé proche du lac et des commerces à pieds !

Séjour très agréable d'une semaine lors des vacances scolaires de février. L'appartement est confortable, et offre une jolie vue sur le lac et le mont Semnoz. L'appartement tout en étant au calme, est proche des commerces de Veyrier (- de 5 minutes à pied) comme des bords du lac (- de 5 minutes à pied). Les hôtes sont charmants, et les check in et check out se sont déroulés très simplement.

Ravis de notre location.!! Très propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour....celle ci est idéalement située : à quelques minutes du lac à pied, des commerces, et des lignes de bus..et à quelques kilomètres d' Annecy..Veyrier est un charmant village avec de nombreuses randonnées à faire... Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Me Bouvet....nous recommandons très fortement ce gîte ,nous avons passé d excellentes vacances et la région est magnifique !!!

Séjour magnifique dans une propriété très agréable et très bien située. Nos ado pouvant accéder au lac seuls, nous pouvions profiter du calme de la propriété. Die Familie Bouvet hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Sees sehr praktisch. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Prachtig, ruim en mooi ingericht appartement met terras voorzien van eettafel, loungeset en ligstoelen en beschikt over een eigen parkeerplaats op het terrein. Het appartement ligt op korte afstand van winkels, het meer en de stad Annecy. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.

Séjour très agréable pendant la semaine de canicule, l'appart en rez de jardin est resté frais. La situation est parfaite pour aller à la plage de veyrier à pied, ou aller visiter annecy ou partir randonner en montagne.
