Die Unterkunft war kurzfristig buchbar. Sehr zügiger Kontakt zu Alpvision im Vorfeld mit genauer Beantwortung der Fragen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gepflegt. Es hätte eine bessere Beschreibung der Verfügbaren E-Geräte geben können (expl. genaue Art der Kaffeemaschine und das Vorhandensein von weiterem Küchenequipment). Die Zugangsinformationen zum Haus und Garage waren nur per QR-Code zugänglich. Problematisch wenn man zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine Internetverbindung hat. Ansonsten war alles für An- und Abreise gut geregelt. Auch die Regelung der Thematik Bettwäsche und Handtücher war gut geregelt. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die wir wieder Buchen würden. Zugangsinformationen sollten auch ohne Internetverbindung zugänglich sein. z.B. wie komme ich in die Tiefgarage. Den Toröffner haben wir dann zufällig gefunden.

mooie verzorgde locatie, handige garage, mooi uitgerust appartement De beloofde spa was gedurende heel ons verblijf niet beschikbaar. De dag voor ons vertrek werden wij hier telefonisch van op de hoogte gebracht. Men ging ons laten weten of er een compensatie mogelijk was, maar niks gehoord. Service en prijs kwaliteit krijgen hierdoor van mij een slechte beoordeling. We zaten ook op 1 januari zonder warm water. Dit werd wel opgelost op 2 januari. Apprecieer ik wel.
