"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "Dette er ikke et hotell, men apartments. Det er ingen skilter e.l. som gjorde det litt vanskelig å finne. Det finnes ingen resepsjon, så man må ringe og avtale ankomst. Selve komplekset hvor leilighetene er befinner seg i gangavstand fra gamlebyen, men er i et litt kjedelig område av Como. Men, god service og fin, ren leilighet. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."
