"When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. "It was short stay but room was ready when we arrived,clean, and was close to the train station. Parma is a small walkable city so the hotel was in the perfect place."

"The hotel was clean and amenities useful and clean. My only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 is the late night check in. The machine doesn't read the ID due to glare from the lighting. We spent 30 minutes with remote support before we were checked in. At midnight, after a delayed journey, it is not a good welcome."

"I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I wish there were more hotels like this during my travels in Italy, and I would happily recommend it to others."
