Afife Nastassja Duplex Villa - Mountain, Sea & Private Pool

Ideal to spend time with family and friends for unforgettable holidays.
You will find this unique beautiful and spacious villa just 10 km from beautiful drive from
Viana do Castelo. Closest beach Arda / Bico Beach. Also very close (10 minute walk) to the mountain trail leading to Afife Lagoon (a true untouched paradise in the mountains).

Four charming bedrooms (including one ensuite) with beautiful made up beds upon arrival. This house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Perfect for two families or four couples. Lots of different lounging areas, including snooker, and also outside. Amazing green area to keep the children active and a clear crystal clear swimming pool to enjoy the warm summer. You can prepare amazing meals with a full equipped kitchen and an outside barbecue garden area.
In the winter you can use the huge modern double sided heating stove that will keep the house warm and cozy. The entire house (walls and windows) is thermo isolated from the weather (heat and cold).
We provide for free, 1 set of sheets for each bed and 1 set of towels (1 large + 1 small) per person. For extra additional linen: € 5, 1 extra pair of towels = 2 €
The villa is located in a dead end street which makes it very peaceful and with lots of parking space (up to 3 cars).

1 hour drive to Porto Airport and 45 minutes from Vigo.

WE CAN PROVIDE A PRIVATE MINIBUS SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE VILLA.

Excellent break. Thiago couldn't have been more helpful. Property is set in a beautiful quiet town.

Simple. If I had a question, an answer was available at the end of a phone. Quiet old town with excellent train service to bigger towns if required. Went to recharge with the (adult) kids and that's what we did.

A experiência nesta propriedade foi 5 estrelas, excelente, não á muito a apontar.. Localização é optima, a casa em si tem grandes condições e os hosts estão sempre disponíveis. Dou avaliação máxima. De notar que os quartos não têm estores nem portadas, apenas cortinados interiores, o que pode dificultar a quem tenha problemas a dormir com luminosidade, mas de resto não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos com todo o processo de alojamento.

Fijn ruim huis met mooie woonkamer.

Mooie moderne woning met veel ruimte. Fijne slaapkamers en badkamers. Zwembad schoon en voldoende groot. Grote keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Supermarkt op ca 2 km. Dat is net iets te ver om te lopen. Er waren ook fietsen. Deze waren niet allemaal bruikbaar. Mooie rivier met helder water op loopafstand. Helaas waren er honden bij de buren die veel blaften. Anders was het perfect geweest.

Très bon séjour

Tiago a été vraiment très arrangeant pour notre accueil et la remise des clés, tres bon contact. Maison conforme à la description, tres bien équipée et située sur les hauteurs de affife. Endroit idéal pour des petites randonnées en famille, profiter des plages qui sont magnifiques dans le coin, où aller flâner dans les villes et villages alentours.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen (Sackgasse). Schöne Wanderwege in der näheren Umgebung. Nicht weit von 2 sehr schönen Stränden (Afife Beach und Arda Beach) gelegen.

Très jolie villa entre mer et montagne !

Acceuil très sympathique, nous avons passé un petit séjour très agréable. Dommage un peu tard dans la saison pour pouvoir profiter de la piscine, mais en consolation la flambée dans le poêle tous les soirs était très appréciable.
