Cottage with pool near the beach

Located in a place where the tranquility of the countryside joins the beauty of the beaches, Quinta de São Romão de Neiva is a beautiful house built in the XIX century, totally restored. Surrounded by beautiful gardens that provide total privacy, it is the ideal place for a family holiday or with a group of friends. You will not want to miss the pools at the end of the afternoon and you will be enchanted by the starry night sky. The beaches of the north of the country such as the urban centers of Viana do Castelo, Braga and Porto are very close.
Get in touch with nature by experiencing the various activities that the region has to offer. From horseback riding along the beach to mountain biking, trekking or even all kinds of water activities such as surfing, stand up paddle or kite surfing, you will not want to miss the adventures that are to come. For your convenience, all activities include transportation from the property to the place of the same and return trip. You can also enjoy the massage service at home while relaxing by the pool or a chef who will show you the flavors that the region has to offer.

With capacity for 12 people (+ 3 children), it has 6 bedrooms all with private bathroom, living room (with snooker table, WIFI, TV, satellite channels, DVD player, etc.), fully equipped kitchen equipped (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, etc.), swimming pool, outdoor dining area with barbacue and private parking. In addition to beds for 12 people, we also have 3 air mattresses available (we accept reservations for up to 15 people since 3 of them do not mind sleeping on air mattresses), we also provide bedding for air mattresses (please advise me before check-in should you need any mattress). The house already has sheets and bed linen such as toilet towels and toilet paper. The kitchen is not equipped with food. The cleaning and maintenance of the pool is made by the owners.

The cosmopolitanism of cities like Viana do Castelo (12kms), Ponte de Lima (30kms), Porto (75kms) and Vigo (90kms) are very close. The airport of Sá Carneiro (Oporto) is 70kms. The supermarket is about 5 kms away and is open every day, including Sundays and holidays. There is a bakery near the property.
