A 5-minute bike ride from the beach - Recently renovated house

Just a few minutes from the beach, a newly renovated vacation home in Torre del Lago.

From the garden, where you’ll find a large beach umbrella with a small table and chairs, you’ll step onto a covered veranda with a bench and armchairs and a small table—perfect for breakfast and aperitifs. The veranda leads directly into the living area with an open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and electric oven. Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a 160x200 double bed and the other with a 140x200 double bed—as well as a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower stall. On the first floor, there is an additional guest bathroom.

Parking is on public streets.

Bed linens and a set of towels (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small) are provided for each guest; weekly changes are included; additional charges may apply for changes made between weekly cycles.

In the municipality of Viareggio, a tourist tax of €1.50 per adult guest per night applies for up to a maximum of 10 nights; if your stay exceeds this period, additional charges may apply. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival; a receipt will be issued to you.

Within 100 meters of the house, you’ll find all the main amenities: a supermarket, a bakery (open late into the night), a pizzeria, a fruit and vegetable shop, and more.
