Viareggio: Sea & Garden

The house near the sea features a small garden where you can have breakfast, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine located in the backyard, where you can hang laundry and park bicycles. There is free parking in front of the house. The owner will inform guests (in person or via WhatsApp) about “fun” things to do in Viareggio and the surrounding area, and maps and brochures are available in the house. From here, you can easily reach Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, and Siena. From Via dei Tigli—the second street parallel to the house—as you walk along the pine forest path, you’ll find private beach clubs with a pool on the right, and on the left, the public beach, which is part of the San Rossore and Massaciuccoli Nature Reserve—an area of exceptional environmental and naturalistic value—leading all the way to the Lecciona public beach, undoubtedly the most beautiful natural beach in the park.
