"This was a beautiful apartment. The sheets on one of the beds had holes throughout it which was appalling to me but they rectified it the next morning with new sheets. The place requires you to get rid of garbage and recycling which is extensive and that is a pain in the neck. Otherwise this place was lovely. Great view of the marina.
A good 15-20 minute walk to the middle of the promenade."

"I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."
