"Outside of buildings all covered with spiderwebs which gave a dirty appearance. Inside the closet door was broken, there were hangers laying in the window, and there was a dirty towel stuffed in a kitchen door. The view of the lake from the pier was lovely, but the furniture had not been cleaned in some time. "
