The location of this hotel, within easy walking disrance of Vico's shops, restaurants and mainline train station was excellent. Rooms were spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. The swimming pool was a lovely addition while the restaurant on the terrace afforded stunning views of the Bay of Naples.

Nice little hotel with a breathtaking view, lush and beautiful garden and a very good pool / relaxing area. The room that we stayed in is quite outdated, but was always cleaned spotless. The location is amazing, I highly recommend this hotel, would love to return in the future.

The hotel was in a great location, train station 5 mins walk. Staff were v helpful particularly with our omelettes and decaf coffees for breakfast. It was great to have the pool to come back to after busy days exploring. The only criticism was what we thought was a fridge with complimentary drinks was actually a mini bar but with no price list.

The front desk staff was so incredibly helpful guiding me with the public transportation system, I am very grateful to them, made my stay so much more easier and enjoyable. The view from the patio restaurant is so incredibly beautiful. The hotel is a 2 min walk away from the train station which is convenient, be aware the hotel is located on a hill. Their restaurant food is delicious, they close at 2pm after lunch i believe, and open after 7:30pm for dinner, so if you need to eat between those times there is a good restaurant open right across the street.

The Location of Hotel Aequa was very good, in the heart of Vico Equense, close to train Station, and the room was very clean, also, their Buffet breakfast was excellent and their staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially their receptionist , Jackomo, Augostinos and Leonardo. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing Hotel !

The Hotel was exactly like the pictures, amazing view and the staff are so friendly and helpful with every question you have! We couldn’t of picked a better place to stay, the location was perfect.. a 2 minute walk to the train station and 12 minute train to Sorrento! Vico Equense is perfect as it’s away from the crowds in Sorrento so you get less of a ‘ tourist ‘ experience but still plenty to do:) Would recommend to anyone!

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was very comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious options. The pool is great but closes too early. Would be nice to swim after sightseeing all day, or sit out there in the evening. In spite of the short pool hours, I would stay again. Very beautiful hotel!

Quite surprised this is a 4* hotel. The rooms were really cheap and there was a weird smell in our bathroom. Breakfast was not much to have, some sweets and yoghurt. The location of the hotel was great. But there are cheaper 3* alternatives around the area with better standards.

Got a dirty room with dirty toilet , very disappointed. They told us they are fully booked and can’t do anything about it and we can leave!!!! Mountain view is not a mountain view, don’t be fooled by the lables.

The property served the needs However, not providing basis necessities such as shower gel or shampoo, or an iron for guests, is quite odd. Would these added perks be appreciated, most definitely. All our clothes were very creased, with no way to look decent. Plus the hanging place for our clothes was squashed next to the fridge, was not ideal.

Det var en otroligt trevlig vistelse. Allt var toppklass. Personalen är mycket trevlig och rolig. En stort tack till Roberto (en legendar) och Guiseppe (otroligt trevlig). Rekommenderas för alla som vill ha en lugn stund och ett härligt bemötande.

Fantastisk service og vidunderlig udsigt.

Vi nød opholdet, alle medarbejdere ydede en fantastisk service og vi følte os meget velkomne. Selv om det var i højsæsonen var der god plads både ved poolen og i restauranten. Morgenmadsbuffeten var en smule ensformig, men til gengæld var udsigten fra spiseområdet vidunderlig, det samme var udsigten fra vores balkon. Rengøringsdamen sørgede dejligt for at holde værelser og området pænt og rent. Byen havde mange fine spisesteder og var hyggelig at gå rundt i. Vi vil på alle måder anbefale stedet.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – herzlicher Service & traumhafte Lage! Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Aequa war rundum gelungen – ein echtes Highlight in der Nähe der Amalfiküste, ohne große Touristenmengen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service von Giacomo und Augustino, die sich mit großer Freundlichkeit und absoluter Zuverlässigkeit um die Organisation Touren, Taxis und Transfers gekümmert haben. Egal ob kurzfristige Fahrten oder spezielle Wünsche – alles lief reibungslos und entspannt dank ihres Einsatzes. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön gelegen: Beim Frühstück draußen auf der Terrasse genießt man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Vesuv – ein unvergesslicher Start in den Tag. Das Service-Team beim Frühstück und am Pool war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen – die Anlage ist gepflegt, ruhig und sehr sauber. Überhaupt war die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel – ob Zimmer, öffentliche Bereiche oder Außenanlagen – tadellos. Nicht zuletzt überzeugt auch das hoteleigene Restaurant mit sehr guter regionaler Küche, frischen Zutaten und authentischen Gerichten. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt – und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
