"The location of this hotel is BEAUTIFUL, the views of the lake are stunning. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself can definitely use a few upgrades For 1 the Air conditioner is pretty terrible. It’s pretty much a fan, the room gets pretty warm during the day. At night it’s not terrible but the AC can use an upgrade for sure. Also the furniture and carpets/rugs need to be changed or cleaned thoroughly. Plenty of stains on the carpet and couches. "We loved our stay at the Hotel Spendide Royal! It’s absolutely gorgeous hotel and the feeling of being there is very special. The staff were all top notch and showed care and a commitment to making you feel comfortable and happy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety and options. We will definitely come back and can’t recommend it enough."
