"The AC didn't work and I wasn't notified at check in."

"The issue with this place wasn’t anything to do with the staff. The staff were great throughout my entire experience. The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. The issue was the electrical in the place I stayed in was not good. Some of the lights did not work, and also the outlets were very unsafe as they weren’t installed properly. They also overcharged and ruined my phone battery as they were pulling too much current."

"Room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure was great as well. The area is beautiful with lots of restaurants around with amazing food. Easy access to the bus stops to quickly get into the city centre."

"The room was clean & staff were lovely. Location was great as it was a short walk away from Termini station or about a 30 min walk on foot to main attractions. Although, the walls are thin so could hear noise from adjacent rooms. The bakery is also not open to the public over weekends, as it’s reserved only for hotel guests who opt for the breakfast option. "

"Handy for the station and airport transfer; lovely staff, comfortable room. Breakfast basic but fine. The area is mixed (some graffiti, litter, homeless; other streets quite nice with decent restaurants) but feels safe. Good metro link to Colosseo and vatican museums but an expensive taxi ride to eg the Pantheon. "
