"This place was basically a dudgeon in the Basement without AC and it was over 100 degrees in Rome that day. We tried to contact the owner with no response so we left immediately and booked another place. The place was not habitable, very hot, dirty and stained linens and smelled of cigarettes. We have not received any help from the owner or Expedia, so we are out all that money, but at least we did not die from heat exhaustion!"
