"I liked location near the Roma Termini and Coliseum. A/C was not working properly but it was working good enough to have good temperature in the room. It was a little tricky to contact hotel administration to complete the check in but as soon I was able to talk with them, the process was easy."

"Very modern, clean, recently renovated. Short walk to the train station. Excellent price. Not a single thing wrong with this location and the included breakfast was awesome, fresh, and very filling. "The hotel was excellent. Just beautiful and staff when we checked in was great. Breakfast was very good. A little to far from main sites in Rome as only transpot was taxi, 50 min away. No places to eat right around there as have to have reservations and limited open ti.e. only complaint was staff wouldnt open door at 6:20 in morning, we were locked inside, taxi coming at 6:30, had to wake up staff and he wouldnt open door, not sure what that was about but had to get really forcefull to get him...

"This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been at. The owners were aggressive and rude, they didn’t change any of the towels or bed sheets for our entire stay (4 days). They didn’t provide us with any shampoo or body wash. They charged us double the city tax fees that we were told we were going to pay on arrival without an offical receipt. "

"The host helped carry our bags up a couple flights. The room was clean and cozy. It had an amazing rooftop. The owner treated us to pastry and coffee at a nearby cafe. He also joined us for pleasant conversation and tips where to visit while in town. "

"The property was in an area with many restaurants /bakeries and a grocery store nearby so made it convenient for us. The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge. I had to youtube how to use the washer/dryer...which is quite loud and takes a long time to do one load. The place is not near a train station so we had a taxi pick us up daily if we were in a rush or didn't want to waste the...
