Tallum is heaven on earth. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have stunning views of the Tetons and of the beautiful meadows filled with cattle herd beneath them. The staff are so polite and friendly and my kids loved the free smores in the evening. The grounds are very close to Teton village so lots of great restaurants close by. Just make sure to get a room at the front and also be prepared for so me e road nose. Still a 5 out of 5 for me though.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. It was toasty (it was only 11 degrees outside), the room was clean, it was very quiet, and there were even elk walking between the cabins. The immediate area had everything to eat from fast food to fancier dining. The skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, and an elk reserve were very close by. The check-in and out process went very smoothly. We had a great weekend stay at this hotel which we knew nothing about the town. We were unsure of the location which is not near the main town square. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided recommendations of places to go and enjoy while we were there. The rooms were recently renovated and the free breakfast was very good and there were alot of options. The bar was smaller than expected but something that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with virtually everything, but the checkout beat it all. Due to a long drive the day of departure we packed the van late the night before preparing for an early departure the next morning. I mentioned to the employee working the front desk that we were departing at 4 AM. He said breakfast didn't start that early (nor would I expect it to) but he would make sure there was fresh coffee and a to go bag for the 4 of us. And he did! Tetonia is a place nearly no one has heard of. It's not far from Driggs, ID which only a few understand. That said, Our experience at the Teton Peaks Lodge (motel) was exceptional. The new owners have done a great job at renovating. They're very personable and accommodating. The rooms are not 4-star, but out here who cares. The view of the back side of the Tetons is spectacular! I'll definitely be back.
