"We really enjoyed our May long weekend getaway here. It didn't matter that the weather was cold and rainy because we cozied up in front of the woodstove, or sat around the spacious table playing board games. There was enough room that we didn't feel crowded being cooped up together, and the cabin had all the amenities we could have wanted. When it dried up a bit, we enjoyed the short walk to the lake and the many outdoor spaces for relaxing around the cabin."

Chris was so accommodating to our needs, is a clear and patient communicator and always had answers to our questions. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, and as foreigners we felt very welcomed in this country by how Chris conducted himself in this transaction. "Our family of four had a lovely stay at the well-equipped, super clean cottage. We regularly rent in this area and this is our new favourite. The two living spaces allowed us to each find a comfy spot to read and relax. The beds were comfortable and the linens were generous. We appreciated the extra details like plenty of pillows, extra blankets, lots of towels. The furniture was good quality and not too low for those with mobility issues. The kitchen was well stocked with more than just the essentials. Plenty of plates and cutlery, serving bowls and pots and pans. The dishwasher worked well. There are two fridges, each with a freezer. The wifi was reliable and my spouse was able to work from the cottage and have some virtual meetings with no issues. Our only disappointment is that it is already fully booked for the summer!Thanks for a great week! "
