  • This one bedroom suite will offer you lot of comfy, privacy and convenience. A queen size bed with breathable cotton beddings in the bedroom; Enjoy cooking simple meals in the full kitchen—-Coffee maker; wineglasses; cookwares, dishware, baking sheet, Kettle, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, In-suite washer/dryer; High speed Wi-Wi, Netflix; Self- checkin and checkout; A full sofa bed in living room. **#If two guests, and one of guests needs the sofa bed during staying, a bedding cleaning fee of $30 per stay applies. However, if there are more than two guests and the sofa bed is needed, then a person after two will be charged for additional fee per night, but no additional linens cleaning fee charged#** A dedicated work place. An electric fireplace creates comfy and romantic atmosphere. It has own patio with a picnic table; The location is convenient. Easy to access to Highway 1, and only 20 minutes to Victoria; 7 minutes driving to Costco and restaurants; Under 10 minutes driving, you can get to West Shore Shopping Center; Goldstream Provincial Park and Thetis Lake where you can find numerous hiking and biking trails. The property has a free parking on the driveway where is monitored by surveillance cameras. *Due to the concerns of food safety, the hosts don’t provide cooking ingredients neither you leave any food after you checkout*. This is not a hotel, but a private property. You are the guest of the host. You CANNOT invite the stranger into the suite neither into the perimeter of the property without the consent of the hosts.

The suite was very clean and I really appreciated that and the host communication was great ! Instructions to get in is incorrect on the website and the keyless entry on the door does not work but the host was awesome and left unlocked with a key to use for the weekend Kitchen could use more “ things” very limited dishes, cutlery, dish towels, dishwasher pods were missing but what is there was good Air conditioner is manageable but the water catch from it is “ unusual” and needs to be monitored often Trash is to be removed when leaving the suite but no instructions as to where to put it ( had to ask ) Again … the place was very nice, just things I noted should be addressed

We rented this place because the original add said it had a hot tub whirlpool. Sadly it only had a bathtub and whirlpool washer/dryer. When I contacted the owner she said it was a miscommunication and changed the add. All in all, it was a nice clean place to stay. There was only one set of towels and no sugar for coffees. Walmart was nearby so we went and bought towels and sugar. The owner was also gracious in allowing us to check out an hour later. I should've known there was no hot tub since there was no pictures of one even though it mentioned it.

I liked the blanket.kitchen bathroom were fine . Air conditioning was sub par with a free standing a/c unit that left the window easy access to break in. We did have to break in day one as we were locked out by the key lock entry . The place had a wierd key on the table with no instructions (we had no idea what it was for so we didn't take it with us as we left for the day ) absolutely no way to reach the owners. This was listed at $150/nt on line but it changed at the booking process when we entered our dates . For $459. For two nights there should have been something to do in the near proximity. We were in the suburbs A pool for that price would have been ok Not happy

The suite is on the first floor of a single family house. The bedroom window looks out onto the one side of the host’s backyard. It also has a living room and a full kitchen.
