"Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved the Afternoon Tea in the adjacent Tea House. Very close to the waterfront. Unfortunately the ongoing waterfront construction blocked the beautiful views from the hotel. Only negative was that our room had a slight musty odor."

Comfortable, clean rooms with nice touches including Occidentale products, welcome San Pellegrino beverages, Lavazza coffee maker and free morning coffee/tea and fresh fruit in lobby. Also love the adjoining Palms bar and restaurant."
