"The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken) "

The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update."
