He was very professional, courteous & took time talking to us. A great asset to the hotel. The hotel is very close to Gail’s Bakery plus others for breakfast & a yummy Italian restaurant 3 doors down for lunch or dinner. A Tesco is 5 minutes away where u can purchase grocery items & prices are fair. Super location😃"

"Fabulous hotel, awesome location and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The only negative part of our stay was the out of service elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a bit of a climb after a long day of walking…but we managed. "

"The hotel is not a place you would want to pick if you were planning on spending a lot of time in your room but it worked well for a quick turnaround in London. The breakfast could have started earlier to accommodate an early departure."
