"The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated."

"I arrived at 12:30 am after flight delays traveling from Washington, DC. The unsympathetic front desk person told me the only room left had no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees at that time. He showed no concern and refused to help identify another hotel, telling me that because I booked the room through Expedia I should take it up with them. I will never stay at this property in the future."
