  • Beautiful, comfortable house "L'Isula". 1.5 km from the centre of Vidauban, 6 km from the centre of Les Arcs, 20 km from the centre of Draguignan, on a slope, in the residential district, 30 km from the sea. Private: well-kept garden 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (10 x 4 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 10.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, boules, terrace. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 6.5 km, sandy beach "Fréjus, Ste-Maxime" 30 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Großes, schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt zentral am Stadtrand im Grünen mit einem schönen Garten und einem großen gepflegten Pool. Große Räumlichkeiten und eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick sind auch für mehrere Personen ausreichend und bieten viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung, wären da nicht die unbequemen Sitzgelegenheiten (Klappstühle)! In der Küche fehlen Stühle und Kochtöpfe. Man wohnt mitten in der Provence und hat bis zum Meer nur ca. 30 km zu fahren.

Das 2. Mal in diesem Haus nach 5 Jahren. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung, toller Garten, ausreichend Platz, schöner Pool. Negativ: Pool nicht beheizt, saukalt. Küche spartanisch, keine Sitzgelegenheit oder Theke für gemeinsames Kochen. Sämtliche Gläser blind, verkalkt, unappetitlich, teils auch Geschirr und Töpfe. Und an 2 Tagen kein Warmwasser. ...

De woning oogde mooi en proper tot je in detail ging kijken. Er was redelijk veel stof in de vergeten hoekjes, onder en achter bedden. Het douchegordijn had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Verder hadden we geen warm water en waren er her en der enkele mankementen. Wij zijn tijdens een zeer warme zomer afgereisd, de woning heeft geen airco en door de vele muggen kan je de ramen ook niet openen. Er zijn nauwelijks schaduwplekken, geen parasol aan het zwembad. Bbq zeer vuil.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Isula und können wieder nur Bestnoten vergeben. Das Anwesen bietet im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten in der Region ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ist stilvoll und bestens ausgestattet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Im Gegensatz zu früher sorgen Kühlgeräte und Ventilatoren auch in der heißen Jahreszeit für angenehme Raumtemperaturen. Auf Fragen vor Ort reagierten die Vermieter rasch und unkompliziert. Ein Feriendomizil für Entspannung und Erholung pur.

Prima huis met alle gemakken

Mooi huis, goed plek. Zwembad moet schoner en goede eettafel in de keuken is een aanrader. Leuk loungeset buiten maakt het nog completer. Verder alles aanwezig. Er wordt door interchalet of eigenaar niet tot slecht gereageerd op vragen.

Aangenaam vertoeven in een mooi ingerichte woning, afgesloten tuin ( ideaal voor kinderen of een hondje), goed ingerichte keuken en living. Voldoende terrasmeubilair ( tafel en stoelen), alleen jammer dat er geen zithoekje was om relax te genieten met een glaasje wijn van het mooie verzicht. Het mooie grote en goed onderhouden zwembad is super! Wij hebben alvast genoten van een héérlijke vakantie in villa l’Isula en willen er met veel plezier terug!

Sehr schönes und sehr großes H...

Sehr schönes und sehr großes Haus ,alles und mehr zum Kochen, Backen ,relaxen vorhanden, abgeschlossenes Grundstück sehr vorteilhaft, liebe nette Nachbarn welche auch das Anwesen herzlich und ideal verwalten.Der Aussengrill lädt für tolleMenüs auf der Terrasse ein. Bei Hitze wäre ein Sonnenschirm vorteilhaft. Reisetipps: Die Strände von St. Maxime sind in 30min per Auto erreicht. Nach Hyeres Lavandou oder Bomes les Mimosas braucht man ca.1 Stunde. in der Vor oder Nachsaison tolle Reiseziele in der näheren Umgebung zum Wandern besichtigen oder für sportliche Aktivitäten. Vidauban bietet einen guten Supermarkt, gute Bäckereien einen großen Wochenmarkt(Sonntag) ein tolles Weingut mit Verkauf des sehr wertigen und leckeren Tropfens.

Mückenspray und Ameisenköder s...

Mückenspray und Ameisenköder sollten nicht fehlen, da vor allem die Stechmücken recht plagenartig aggressiv auftreten. Ansonsten ein Traumhaftes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Leider wird am An– und Abreisetag das gesamte Besteck, sowie Geschirr gezählt unddas komplette Haus inspiziert. Dabei machte die Hausverwalterin einen leicht unfreundlichen Eindruck. Auch lässt die vorgefundene Sauberkeit ein wenig zu Wünschen übrig, da noch etliche tote Insekten herumlagen. Bei einem Preis von 100€ für die Endreinigung erwarte ich das nicht. Wahrscheinlich wurde hier von den Vormietern selbst geputzt und nicht so genau wie bei uns kontrolliert, aber das ist Spekulation. Das Haus ist deshalb nicht weniger schön und absolut empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Der Wein der Region Vidauban ist ausgezeichnet. Am Hafen von Saint Raffael ist ein sehr günstiger Parkplatz direkt an der Promenade/ dem Strand.

Küche top ausgestattet, Haus ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet , leider kein deutsches TV, dafür WLAN. Schwimmbad sehr schön – wird jedoch durch Nachbars Baum sehr stark verschmutzt. Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre von Vorteil. Toller Grill auf der Terrasse. Reisetipps: Sehr gute Wanderziele in der Region, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt–Bäckerei) Sonntags toller Markt in Vidauban. Städtetouren: Nizza, Monaco, St. Tropez, Cannes, Antibes…………. alles gut erreichbar

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung, große Terrasse mit schöner Poolanlage und Bouleplatz; ruhige Lage.Nette Hausverwalterin, problemlose Übergabe am An– und Abreisetag.Das Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen hier verbracht (4 Erwachsene + 1 kl. Hund). Reisetipps: St. Tropez, z. B. dienstags zum Markt. Dann allerdings früh losfahren, sonst steht man im Stau.

Gepflegtes Domizil

Die "Villa Isula" ist ein geräumiges, sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Bouleplatz und großem Grundstück, das nicht einsehbar und rundum mit einem Zaun und elektrischem Tor gesichert ist. Wir, vier Erwachsene mit Hund, haben dort eine erholsame Woche verbracht und nicht zuletzt den Pool ausführlich genossen. Allerdings wurde er während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das Haus würde deutlich mehr Sonnenschutz vertragen: Da die Sonne bereits in den Vormittagsstunden auf die Süd-Fassade scheint, heizen sich die Zimmer an heißen Tagen enorm auf. Ein größeres Vordach könnte Abhilfe schaffen, dann könnte auch die großzügige Terrasse während der Sonnenstunden ausführlicher genutzt werden. Eine Klimaanlage im Haus wäre hilfreich, die überhitzten Räume kühlen trotz Dauereinsatz der bereit gestellten Ventilatoren selbst nachts kaum ab. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder, die „Villa Isula“, die auch über einen Bouleplatz verfügt, bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub und ist ein prima Standort für Ausflüge in die attraktive Umgebung. Im nur wenige Minuten entfernten Städtchen Vidauban findet man alles Notwendige für das tägliche Leben.
