Simple house (Pre-fabricated) with private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 9 km from the beach and the centre of Lloret de Mar. Perfect house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 6 people.

It has an outdoor area with a private pool (8.5 x 4.5m) and a large covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals next to the pool with beautiful mountain views, barbecue and parking space for 2 cars. Supervised by a guard from the apartment annex.

It has a living-dining room with TV, complete kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker), 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x180cm) and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (80x180cm). 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Pets accepted only upon prior request and with supplement, 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer.

Youth groups accepted only upon prior request

Special regulations and deposit for young people:

A cash deposit of €150/person per house and €75/person per apartment must be paid. This will be returned a week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00h are totally prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
