Die Lage ist ruhig, man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern, das Saunafass und die Terrasse laden aber auch zum Dableiben ein. "Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful area - I am surprised it does not attract more visitors from outside Germany. The Old Custom House is situated in a remote and lovely spot in the peace of the forest but still accessible to many places of interest. Passau and Deggendorf should not be missed and it is only a short drive into Czechoslovakia. The nearby Gasthaus does excellent food and the area is perfect for walkers. "Greeted at reception with a warm welcome, the room was really nice and quiet with adequate space and the bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is well situated in the town and there is a lovely roof top area with tables and chairs offering a great outdoor facility in the summer time to enjoy a drink from the bar. "
