Located just 5 km from a magnificent supervised beach and close to amenities (restaurants, bakery, supermarket), this property offers easy access with free parking and a free shuttle bus serving the beach every hour.

Living area: 64 m², with an 18 m² west-facing covered terrace.

Bedroom layout:
1 master bedroom with double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m).
1 children's bedroom (single bed 0.9 x 2.0 m + single bed 0.8 x 1.9 m).
Location: In peaceful surroundings, on the edge of a dune, just 300 m from essential amenities (bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, doctor).

Modern amenities: Heat pump system for heating, cooling and hot water; modern kitchen and bright shower room.

Linen: Not provided, please check with the owner before arrival.

Living space: Comfortable living room with desk and mainly German TV channels.
Quality furnishings: Solid wood furniture imported from the Philippines and Vietnam, adding a touch of elegance.
The house is also an excellent base for day trips to destinations such as Dax, Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Sébastien and Lourdes.
