Child friendly vacation home with sauna

This holiday home has a stunning appearance and it is the perfect accommodation for a dream family holiday. It has been carefully renovated and features a nice location and a pleasant terrace. Part of the house can also be rented separately (house code BE-6690-71).

The house is located in a small village near Vielsalm, in the heart of the Ardennes. You can explore the area on foot or by car. For example, visit Malmedy or Liège, or take a nice walk along Lake Robertville.

As this house consists of 2 self-contained parts with their own entrance, it is a very suitable accommodation for 2 groups who want to enjoy their privacy. Outside the house is a lovely covered terrace. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there while enjoying breathtaking views of the fields.

This accommodation is by municipal provision for a maximum of 16 persons, additional persons are unfortunately not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.

The location, the house and the guest was perfect. We was 11 persons and we have a great experience. The house is very clean, kitchen is full equipped! Gladly recommend!

We stayed here for the Belgian Grand Prix weekend and were very happy with the accommodations. It’s a reasonable distance from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit with dining and grocery store options in several nearby towns. It is a charming farmhouse with many bedrooms in two (separate) sides of the house and the upstairs kitchen was recently renovated. Would absolutely stay here again.

We spent one week in this accommodation with 14 adults and 2 children and felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Everything we needed was there, especially in the kitchen, and the mattresses were also comfortable. The accommodation is in a quiet location and you can walk many beautiful routes in the nearby forest. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. It was especially nice for the children that there is a playground right in their own garden and even an air field hockey table in the basement. In addition, many animals are kept in the immediate vicinity (donkeys, sheep, goats as well as geese and chickens) and there is a campfire site and a barbecue in the garden. We had a great time and can recommend the accommodation, especially for large groups with children.

Das Haus war in einer tollen und ruhigen Umgebung! Nebenan waren Kühe und Esel auf der Weide. Die Häuserhälften waren liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war sehr zu vorkommend, stets erreichbar und konnte uns bei Fragen direkt helfen. Alles rundum top und ich kann einen Aufenthalt absolut weiterempfehen! Das einzige was man kritisieren könnte ist, dass das Wlan im hinteren Teil des Hauses nicht funktioniert hat. Im anderen Teil des Hauses hatte man perfekten Empfang.

Étant un groupe familial de 15 personnes, nous avons loué tout l’espace du gîte La Grande Randonnée (2 maisons en une). Quel magnifique endroit. Idéal pour les grands groupes. Propreté impeccable, jamais vu un logement aussi propre. Tout est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été vraiment sympas, il est très gentil, serviable et facilement joignable. Le gîte est super bien situé car de nombreux endroits à visiter et de belles balades à faire dans la région. La salle de jeux est un « plus » car nous y avons passé de bons moments. Bref, rien à dire. Tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci pour tout Monsieur Verhille.

Alles was aanwezig, zeer leuk verblijf. Enkel soms wat lastig dat je enkel langs buiten naar het andere deel kon, maar dat was in het algemeen niet zo heel erg. Mooi uitzicht!

Geweldige plek, prachtige gite(s). Het pand is mooi gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien! Paard en ezels vlakbij, speelrek in de tuin, alle kids hebben zich prima vermaakt. Het huisje ligt heerlijk rustig en ‘s avonds geniet je van de zon over de velden. De eigenaar van het huis was steeds perfect bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk. Absolute aanrader!

Een schitterend huis is een schitterende omgeving. We hebben hier met vrienden en kinderen een heerlijk herfstweekend gehad. Alleen maar pluspunten in dit huis. Vanaf het huisje zijn al een aantal mooie boswandelingen te maken. We zullen ook zeker vaker terug gaan komen naar deze zelfde plek. Volgende keer zal dan waarschijnlijk van de winter al zijn. Hopen dat er sneeuw ligt.

It was a great stay in Belgium. the Villa was clean and the facilities were completely as expected. All the rooms looked good and the beds were already made when we arrived. The villa is nicely secluded with a nice view of the mountains in the ardennes.

Wij zijn met een vriendengroep van 12 een midweekje verbleven in deze villa. Alle kamers waren even mooi en even netjes. Ook waren wij allemaal zeer tevreden over de badkamers! Het was super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken was ook op en top, we hebben hier gemakkelijk kunnen koken voor heel de groep omdat ook alles wat je nodig kon hebben in de keuken aanwezig was. Het was een prachtige omgeving waar wij ontzettend van hebben genoten, ook omdat er overal in de buurt iets leuks is te doen. Wij zouden dit verblijf zeker aanraden :)

Prima ontvangen, aardige moeder van eigenaars heeft ons ontvangen. Rondleiding, redelijk vanzelfsprekend allemaal. Accomodatie was prima in orde, netjes, schoon, opgeruimd etc. Omgeving was prima, ondanks het weer. Mooi pakje sneeuw gehad in de ochtend. We waren met een groep van 10 maar voldoende privacy en ruimte om onze dingen te kunnen doen. PRIMA!

Die Ankunft verlief reibungslos. Das Haus wurde sehr sauber übergeben und enthält viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und hat in Kombination mit der zweiten Küche alles was man braucht. Da wir in der großen Küche unseren Hauptplatz bezogen haben, hatten wir einfach von der unteren Küche ein paar Dinge nach oben gebracht. Die neuen Zimmer sind hübsch gemacht. Die Umgebung ist top und lädt zum Wandern, Fahrradfahren oder nichtstun ein.
