The wing i stayed in didn’t have an elevator, had to drag suitcases onto the 4th floor. Room was very basic, some small spiders by the door. Very nice, large renovayed bathroom though.

There was no real person reception for late flight arrival. Huge sign posted at the front desk to call #9 for questions. Left room key in an envelope for you to pick up if your arrival is delayed or late after hours. The #9 help operator gave you wrong password for the internet and stopped answering the phone.

We arrived to find clean and quiet accommodations. We especially appreciated the transportation provided to the airport for a reasonable cost. The only downfall was the restaurant was closed because it was Sunday.

We enjoyed the nearby commercial area -- a 15-minute walk to restaurants. But we felt misled about the in-room mini fridge, which our room did not have despite it being advertised on the hotel's website.

Great Hotel

Great hotel, good location near to a bus stop to the city center, free parking, clean, good restaurant, food market at walking distance, no restaurants or food place to eat nearby. The only thing that we didn't like was a dark hallway to get to the guestroom. Changing the light bulbs would make a huge difference.

The tv didn’t work so I changed rooms. I found a long black hair on the bed. A family with kids came to their room around 1130pm and woke me up. At 1150pm they were still talking in the hallway. Close to airport and shuttle is excellent.

Terrible stay. Incredibly dirty, in the middle of no where near no grocery store, gas station or restaurant. Staff is terrible and very unfriendly. We were told there would be AC and when we got there the staff claimed that the whole building didn’t have AC. It was great trying to sleep while it was 85 degrees in the room.

Quite banal...TV didn’t work. Receptionist did help after I came down to ask her personally as she didn't answer the phone because given that she was busy outside chatting and smoking...taxi ride of 7km costed €25 from Vietnam Airport one way. Ridiculous how Uber is available here but very difficult to utilise and taxis are the only option.

Good for one night only

This was just okay. Needed two connecting rooms for a long flight layover. They did not have connection rooms but gave us two rooms right across the hall from one another. Front desk attendant was not friendly and not rude, just blah. The rooms are very small. There is shower gel and hand soap in the rooms. Towels are very rough. The walls are very thin. We could hear babies crying all night and alarm clocks from other guests in the morning. The shower was super hot and it was hard to regulate temperature. We were happy to get snacks from the lobby. Only two people can ride on the lift at once. We opted to take the stairs. The shuttle service was late to pick us up for our flight and it costs 30 euros. No one was at front desk in the morning for checkout just drop off room keys and go.
