Mostly ok

The location of the apartment was well suited for our purposes. Bus station in front of the house and a tramway station a few minutes away.The kitchen equipment was not complete, we missed a pair of scissors, there were no tea towels, no bottle opener, no kitchen roll to mention just a few.When we got home, we realized that we had forgotten a key in the apartment, so we contacted the host. The communication was extremely long and difficult and it took us more than 2 weeks to solve the problem. The host could not be reached by phone, only by WhatsApp or via the FEWO app. He didn't want to send the key and we had to ask a friend to pick it up for us.
