Bra hotell för pengarna.

Rent hotell. Bodde i ett rum ovanför parkeringen och det var inga problem med ljud. Inget AC men tillgång till fläkt. Behövde inte använda fläkten eftersom rummet var svalt på kvällen/natten. Bra närhet till tunnelbana om man går rätt.

Stellar staff but no A/C

Decent rooms and good price breakfast. The main negative point is there are no air conditioning. The temperature in the room was quite high during the night. The staff was really helpful and accommodating. The location was ok and quiet. I would go back if there are room with air conditioning.

Na 100% bardzo duży plus, za obsługę ( Pani Aleksandra ), to w dużej mierze pozwoliło pozostawić lepsze wrażenie z pobytu. W pokoju czysto, nie mam uwag, może mało wygodna dostawka, a rezerwowałem pokój trzy osobowy, ale to kolejny raz kiedy zawodzę się na firmie HOTElS.com ( nocleg darmowy, ale gorszej jakości ), nie mam tu pretensji do hotelu, że dają, słabsze pokoje. In minus - brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, okna można było otworzyć tylko uchylnie, otrzymaliśmy pokój na pierwszym piętrze od ulicy, z której niestety dobiega hałas do późnych godzin nocnych, na szczęście to był weekend, więc rano było odrobinę ciszej. No i co bardzo ważne trzeba razem z pokojem bezwzględnie rezerwować parking, bo potem nie ma co liczyć na szczęście, cały jest zajęty

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums, ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln aber sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir sind immer zu Fuß Richtung Zentrum gelaufen, was ca. 30 min dauerte.

El personal es muy amable, sobre todo Alejandro, que nos atendió de maravilla. Las camas son algo incomodas, colchones muy duros y creo que deberían instalar aire acondicionado pues la habitación estaba muy calurosa. El baño está en perfecto estado.

My family had booked this hotel in December last year for a brief stay in July however due to COVID we were not allowed to leave our country (Australia) nor enter Austria so we had to cancel our trip. I tried to discuss my booking several months in advance however the hotel originally ignored my messages and later refused to provide any sort of refund or credit for future use as the fee had already been charged. I can appreciate that the original booking was non-refundable however it was not my family’s choice to cancel the trip and I had hoped the hotel would have some sympathy given the circumstances.

Basic not very confortable

The hotel is situated not far from the Jewish quarter which was good for us as we wanted Kosher restaurants and kosher bakeries but it is not near the historical center and the cleaner forgot to clean our room one day out of the 4!The bunk bed is not confortable at all.
