i always stay here when working in DC 2 blocks from spring metro station, 4 blocks from wal-mart and other shopping incase you forgot something.

The location is very close to metro station and close to wallmart. Breakfast options were good. rooms are just basic, nothing impressive about it.

Room wasn’t ready on time they had to change the door lock as it didn’t work floors were dirty and gritty half the outlets didn’t work. Lighting was poor no toilet paper holder no tissues not enough towels didn’t have a blanket when asked for. Only 1 hanger 1 straight back narrow chair. However the staff was friendly and tried to help.

Miguel and Anthony were great during my late night check in! The morning team made it even better with the breakfast layout. I was able to meet Ms. Anna and other members of the Housekeeping staff!! All in all this was the best decision to stay for my staycation. I will be back!!!

The room was great and the aervice was nice, but the room definitely needed some updating, for example, there was mold in the bathroom on the walls and the room snelled like chlorine, but ither than that , it was a great place to stay in during our vacation!

This hotel presented a mixed bag of experiences. On the positive side, the breakfast was a standard, decent Quality Inn offering, and the completely renovated room on the third floor was comfortable and well-maintained. The morning staff was also pleasant and helpful. However, the initial room assigned was a stark contrast, with a poorly renovated bathroom showing stains and possible rust, and a dented, noisy refrigerator. More concerning was the behavior of the night shift staff. Despite explicitly requesting a quiet room upon arrival, I was given a first-floor room facing a construction site. When I sought a room change, a staff member, Miguel, became aggressively argumentative and dismissed me with a rude gesture. Furthermore, while the morning manager acknowledged a note regarding my room issue, he failed to follow up or communicate in any way. This lack of proactive customer service, coupled with the disruptive construction noise and unprofessional night staff, significantly detracted from the stay. I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations.
