The room was spotless.The maid did a good job the day she came in.Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.Breakfast was fresh and enough.The RBar manager and staff were very pleasant especially Isla.She looked up train times for me and over all a lovely young lady.

We loved the ease of using public transport and the cleanliness of the stations. The coffee shops were great - very welcoming places to hang out. Art museums were amazing!! I would rate this trip to Vienna as one of the best vacations I ever took!
