Close to the airport

Lovely pool although no facilities around it such as towels or food/drink. Also an event was going on in a function room next to the pool which was very loud and involved lots of people walking near the pool some of whom were taking photos of hotel guests who were relaxing by the pool. Perhaps the hotel should think of a way of privatising the pool if they are going to hold functions for non-hotel guests. Otherwise, the room was basic but nice and the hotel is very close to the airport which makes it very convenient for early morning or late night flights.This means it is slightly further from the city centre but Vientiane is very small and so it is possible to walk into the centre in 10minutes.

Overall, it was probably more disappointing than terrible, but the cumulative effect of everything pushed it into the terrible category. Firstly, the room smelled like urine and was very musty and stale. Secondly, the food was awful! My wife ordered Tom Yum soup with prawns, which immediately made her sick with explosive diarrhea. I had the Cheeseburger with French Fries -- the fries were excellent, actually. The burger seemed to be made with old, borderline bad meat; although I thought I would definitely get a case of diarrhea, I didn't, just a very slight stomach ache. Thirdly, the bed is as hard as rocks -- terrible, terrible bed. Fourthly, the staff at the front desk neglected to give us our 5:00 a.m. wake-up call, although we had set a backup alarm and we woke up with plenty of time. The hotel has definitely seen better days and is in need of refurbishment and updating. For the price, not worth it!

Wonderful stay.

The Hotel was wonderful. We came in late after a 22 hour flight and they took us to our room very quickly with no delay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked to perfection (key) and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was very good and they took care of getting us back to the airport. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Ventiane.

ビエンチャンゴルフツアーに行ってきました。

空港から非常に近く、場所やホテル感は良いのですが、部屋をアップグレードしてくれましたが、部屋の雰囲気は今一つという感じ、このホテルの★ではやむをえないか。 メコン川沿いにも近いので、川沿いのオープンな食事や飲むところが近くて良かった。 ホテルに空港からの送迎含め滞在中の車をチャーターしたが、対応も良く安くて大変助かりました。

Een verouderd, krakend business hotel.

Vergane glorie hotel. Bij het ophalen van het vliegveld (wat extra betaald moest worden) moest ik zelf op zoek naar de chauffeur. Zijn map met mijn naam erop had hij dichtgeslagen en stond metanderen te praten. Toen ik die dichte map zag naar hem toegegaan en toen zG ik mijn naam. Ook ander personeel lijkt slecht geschoold tezijn. Bij de receptie zou je Engels verwachten, wat bij verschillendeniethetgeval was. Grote kamer, schoon, maar harde geluiden van koelkast en leidingen (alsofer ‘s nachts iemand op dedeur aan het bonzen is.

このホテル好きの紹介で何度も宿泊する。

市内移動には便利な立地条件であり、毎回利用するが、サービスの向上は望めない。メイン道路側の部屋に当たると３時頃まで自動車騒音が気になる。歴史もあるホテルで地元民との待ち合わせには便利である。

조식 식당의 메뉴와 분위기가 가격에비해 옆에 위치한 크라운플라자 조식과는 많은비교가된다

느낀점은 메일로 별도로 이미 익스피디아로 보냈고 6박을 선결재하고 4박만하고 다른곳으로이동했음.

si vous voulez un hôtel pour vous reposer, passez votre chemin car entre la literie défectueuse ( un ressort qui fait une bosse dans le matelas, archi dur en plus, rendant le sommeil impossible) et la grande avenue qui passe devant et est passante nuit et jour, sans double vitrage donc un bruit continuel de voitures et motos, des moustiques en quantité énorme, pas de moustiquaire, et une moquette très allergène (ils n'aspirent jamais les chambres, fuyez si vous êtes asthmatique et allergique à la poussière) une clim très bruyante... bref, un cauchemar malgré un bel hôtel dans l'ensemble et un petit déjeuner très convenable.

Close to airport but needs refurbishment

Room was old and tired needing refurbishment. Bathroom was stained around bath and bed linen valance was stained.Furniture old and uncomfortable. Door and locks were not very strong and I wasn't convinced how secure it would be with a gentle push against the door. TV didn't work and it appeared not all electric sockets worked. Gym facility was old and agin needs refurbishment. Air conditioning in gym was not always working. Equipment (weights) old. Food and service of staff was good. Conference facility needed modernisation and air conditioning could not be adjusted. Nice to have cold air but not to the point of shivering. Lobby displays a 4 star sign but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is too noisy and the personnel has a lack of respect to the passangers. At 4 am the start passing the vacuum cleaner. Or people speaking too loud in the corridor. The breakfast was not included.

It was my first time staying at Mercure Vientiane. I don't really mind that the hotel is a bit old as long as it is clean and has a good service. There were a few things that made me very unhappy about my experience at this hotel. First of all, my room's door was able to be pushed in though it was locked so they had to give me a new room. Secondly, A shower tap was broken in my new room. Lastly I had to ask for an iron three times before they brought one for me.

ホテル自体は悪くないが、繁華街まで少し離れている為、不便。ホテルの周りにもレストランは少しあるし、川まで歩くとミニショップやレストランは色々ある。ホテルでゆっくり過ごすにはテニスコートもプールもジムもレストラン＆バーもあり良いホテル。ただ、その目的で泊まるのならもっと充実したホテルを選ぶかな？ 喫煙室を予約すれば、お部屋での喫煙も可能。

Vientiane国際空港からもCentralへも近いホテル。

朝食はそこそこ品揃えがありVientianeにしては良かったですね。 ただパンの種類が不足していることと、フレッシュジュースでなかったことを考えれば朝食料金は割高かも。 また、室内のバスルームは清潔でアメニティーも悪くなかったです。 市内の他のホテルと比べて少し古い割には料金はさほど差が無いかなぁ。
