Water leaked profusely from the shower room to the outside despite efforts to rectify that. We requested a change of room but the same issue persisted in the new room. "

"My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "
