El Conquistador Resort
Lovely resort, wonderful amenities, great food. However, seemed to be very very understaffed. The wait times to get checked in, and later to the island were over an hour, which was disappointing as we were only there 2 days. Wonderful place for families, though!

Beautiful property. Our casita was comfortable, spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Staff were always attentive. Check in/out was prompt and efficient. RainForest House by Otium
My only issue with the place was that the bed kept falling through the wood panels underneath the mattress was not sturdy. They needed to be nailed down so they won't move while you sleep but overall a good but small place to stay.
