What a beautiful home! A perfect place for exploring Vieques! Impeccably clean, great amenities, and excellent communication with the host. The outdoor spacing is spectacular. It was a perfect match for our family of four. Highly recommend.

The house was clean and well appointed. When I arrived I was a little out off but after actually entering and learning the area better I realized it was a real gem. The hostess was helpful with recommendations for activities and the house really had everything one would need. The trundle was a little tricky in one of the guess rooms but the space to include the private retreat out back was amazing. The water hose was perfect for post beach clean up. As a single father of 3 ages 7, 9 & 11, this home was perfect, continently located and we felt safe walking to the restaurants. Added bonus, the neighbor and his son (about 11 or so years old) literally mounted horses one evening and road off in the the sunset! Priceless!!!!

The location is within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and even the ferry (about 12 minutes).Neighbors aren't all that attractive, in comparison, but meaningless to the stay itself.Place was clean and had all the supplies you could ask for. One of the most supplied places I've ever rented.I'd stay again!

We had a fantastic stay in Vieques. The homeowners were outstanding hosts. What we really appreciated was how well stocked the home was: spices, condiments, beach towels, beach chairs, a sunshade, a cooler, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and aloe. They had thought of everything, especially the things you may have forgotten.The home is tastefully decorated, and the highlight for us was the back patio. The landscaping is phenomenal! We ate and played cards on the back patio.Don’t bother looking at other rentals, this is the one! We highly recommend renting a car to explore the beaches.

This home is modern, clean, and well furnished. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, sun shade, and cooler. The air conditioning works great, and the house was quiet. We loved being close enough to walk to the local bars and restaurants, and everything else we wanted to see and do was an easy 15-30 minute drive away. The host was responsive and communicated well. We absolutely would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to ever return to Vieques.

Our stay was comfortable except for a water leak on our bedroom celling (due to rainwater) that got our dresses wet. Good thing there was a dryer. Other than that, this is a cute little place perfect for a family. Restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. House is nicely equipped and stocked which was great.

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It’s a beautiful house. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing back patio. Check-in instructions were very clear. The entire house was clean and well-organized. The location was great. Check-out was straightforward. I would highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in Vieques. Very clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and easy. Plenty of towels, extra bedding and beach towels provided. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer for laundry. Owners provided chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel equipment for the beach. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to prepare some meals at the house, and full size refrigerator. Each area had a separate mini split that kept it comfortable. Very cute outdoor patio area with hammock. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants and a small food market. There are a lot of roosters on the island which the owners warned us about and also provided earplugs. My only suggestion would be to bring a sound machine also. Otherwise the house is perfect and would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends!

Amazing week at Casa Carmin

Spent an amazing week in Vieques at Casa Carmin. The host has created a very inviting home to vacation in. The house was clean, had everything one needed to cook breakfast/dinners if one had to, close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, beaches etc. Loved it!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and well taken care of. It’s well lit from the outside which was nice since the rest of the street was dark. Amenities were fully stocked and even included earplugs to help with the roosters that started before the sunrise. The backyard is adorable and we spent the mornings and evenings sitting back there. Check in and out were very easy. Walkable to grocery store, restaurants, and ferry. Would definitely stay here again!

If I ever come back, THIS is where I’m staying

The house was a clean, comfortable, and luxurious place to stay! There are more than enough towels, and the shower has good water pressure and produces hot water. The air conditioning was top notch and the tv worked great too! There were no issues with any appliances, and the provided coffee was awesome and overall a perfect place for a vacation!

Love The Small Details

Casa Carmin, by far, is the best VRBO I have visited with my family in Puerto Rico. The facilities are gorgeous, and the communication with our host was incredible. The small details definitely put this VRBO above other. Thank you for the snaks, water and coffee. We love the small details. I can't wait to visit Vieques again. I highly recommend Casa Carmin if you are visiting the Vieques, PR area.

Amazing amazing amazing. Such a beautiful property exactly as described. Communication and check in instructions were prompt and clear. There were so many extras that made our stay so convenient from a coffee bar to laundry detergent etc etc.. The house was walkable to bars, restaurants, stores, a market, and more. We will absolutely be back & can’t recommend this place enough.

Viaques stay

The property was clean and looks just like the pictures. Easy to walk to Seaglass Beach and restaurants in Isabel II. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Washer and dryer were convenient. Host stocked the house with lots of extras in case you forget anything, like toothpaste, laundry detergent. Back patio was pleasant for relaxing. very cold
