"Once we were settled into our apartment we found this an excellent base for exploring the Stubai Valley as well as Innsbruck and its surroundings. It should be noted that the TV was not operational. I found Belvilla very difficult to communicate with and only at the last minute was told our reservation had not been confirmed or paid for. Upon reaching out to VRBO they confirmed that we had paid and made sure we received our check in instructions. In the future I would not rent a property that had Belvilla involved. One other note, our hostess was very nice but only spoke German despite the listing having specified several languages spoken. Despite all of that we had a very nice stay. "

"What a delightful hotel in an equally delightful setting. Unfortunately we were only there overnight but the owners couldn’t have been more helpful, even sent us off with a doggy bag when we didn’t have time for breakfast. Comfortable room, great view and genuine homely feel to public areas."

"These apartments are great. Normally I prefer the modern look - and this is definitely not that - but on closer inspection, everything is spotlessly clean and in good working order. The beds are comfy, the shower provides plentiful warm water and the apartment had a lot of space. In addition, this is very close to Fulpmes village centre, easy walking distance from the bus stops and the tram to Innsbruck. Therefore location is excellent. The icing on the cake though is the membership of Stubai Super Card (look it up). This gives free access to the lifts and bus services in summer. Especially for a family, this is a lot of value for money and most hotels in the area do not have this, so check if they do. The owner of this apartment is very friendly and always willing to have a chat. In short, this comes highly recommended."

"We liked all the facilities and the staff were lovely, for us a room with a balcony with afternoon sun would have been nice, but thats a minor point, our biggest irritation was a family sat next to us in the dining area, who let their young child run around screaming, picking up serving utensils and dropping them on the floor, the parents then put them back in the food area to be reused, not ideal for guests using the utensils afterwards and dangerous having a young child running around with hot food around. Overall we would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and would certainly consider returning in the future. "
