Very good location relative to the beach: 200m, as well as downtown and lake: 300m. The interior is old character, spacious and comfortable.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: €150 / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
Pets allowed: €25/week or short stay.
A contribution to the expenses of €25/week or short stay will be requested between MID-OCTOBER and MID-JUNE included.
A cleaning deposit of €150 will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Baby chair per week : 10 €.
- Baby bed per week : 10 €.
- Queen linen per stay : 18 €.
- Towels per stay per person : 10 €.
