très déçue

Je suis très déçue par votre site. J'avais 'habitude de réserver toutes mes vacances via Abritel. Cette année j'ai du annuler mes vacances pour raisons médicales au dernier moment, comme je n'avais pas pris l'assurance aucun geste n'a été fait. J'ai demandé les coordonnées du propriétaire qu'on refuse de me donner. Je trouve que votre site n'est pas commercial.
