We are family of four. This is a great hotel to stay at as it is very charming and is a great location. Crisologo street is the next street over and there is a coffee shop and convenient store across the entrance.

Vigan May’25 summer adventure

The staff are very accommodating and friendly smile with greetings. Location is accessible especially for young kids to explore any time for dining, souvenirs and the night activities at the plazas.

This property has excellent, friendly staff. It is right in the heart of historic Vigan City, close to the vibrant town plaza, yet it is tucked in a less crowded location. It has limited parking and is ideal for tourists and guests visiting Vigan on tour buses and commercial transportation. Its restaurant serves popular Filipino dishes with creative localized names and flavors- at reasonable prices.

We enjoyed our 4 days and 3 night stayed. It’s is very close to the places that we love to see. The problem that we notice is the old style key that most of the time we have a hard time to open it. The bath room floor is flooded after you take a shower is not safe if you’re not put the towel on the floor to cover the over flowing water from the shower. It’s kind of slippery. I am from Toronto Canada, upon checked in the room itself is in good condition the only thing I don’t like is the bathroom especially the present of mold/dirty around the shower wall/floor, the second room the bathroom had a strong smells pet urine and moldy/dirty shower stall also, before we get satisfied they move us 3 times…Overall after those moving we were satisfied. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful weekend and fully intend to go back to stay there. But we rate it only 4 stars. Pros: 1. AC is really cold, this is the most important thing 2. Excellent location 3. Clean and comfy with helpful and pleasant staff 4. On site cafe has good food, and if staying at the hotel, a 20% discount and free coffee and tea 5. Shower is strong, toilet flush is strong 6. Room has a good ref and has what you need to make coffee Cons: Biggest complaint is the sink faucet and bidet in bathroom only has a trickle of water. Faucet in the sink is tolerable but the bidet is a bit inconvenient. The following are just FYI. Not deal breakers for us. 1. There is parking although it's a bit cramped. But that's the price you pay for the excellent location. 2. Walls are a little thin. You can hear the tv next door. But since there's nothing to watch except local channels, I don't think people spend their time watching tv anyway. 3. Wi-Fi a little slow. Once again not a deal breaker. Really one should be up and about seeing sites when it's not too hot anyway. Overall, great experience! Will definitely go back.
