"My Family and I were touring Europe and we had an excellent day. The accommodations were great. The response time to any of our questions was quick and easy. They met all of our needs and have everything we needed for our stay. It was actually really nice to all have Laundry service. It didn’t feel like we were traveling. You really did feel like you were in an apartment."

"The living room lights don't work you will be eating in the dark, one of the kitchen rangehood lights don't work, kitchen splashback lights don't work, not all ceiling lights in the bedroom work, the bathroom has a disgusting smell coming from the drains, toilet roll holders are placed in ridiculous positions, no soap or shampoo holders in the shower, toilets are so small you will struggle to use it.
