"First let me say I stay in hotels all over the world frequently and different countries have different standards. Front desk staff was great for check in and check out. Room was large and clean even if dated. Tennis tournament going on next door but was enjoyable to watch from balcony. Breakfast coffee was very good, but food options were very limited. "Our family of five loved staying in this magical property. If you rent the whole house, the layout is really well suited to a family with teenagers who like their independence. We loved the combination of modern comforts such as a fantastic coffee machine with antiques and period features. It's conveniently close to beautiful Banska Stiavnica which has great restaurants and so much to do and see..
