"The location and view were very nice. Walking to town or to the lake was very easy. There are many restaurants nearby and all were reasonably priced. Also, we liked the outdoor balcony. The owner checked on the property both days. He was very friendly. The shower was too small. No curtains in the window to shield all of the lights outside. There was only a sheer curtain which does not serve that purpose. Overall, it is a fair price for the property."

"Wonderful traditional Italian bnb. Ideal location to stop off the A1 on the way south. Excellent signs to locate hotel. Very nice owners. Limited English to match our limited Italian, but we got by. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had a nice pool but we didnt use it on our brief stopover. Enjoyed food from pork festival in Narni close by, recommended by owner"

Close to natural and fresh air. good place to get downtown to the very local life. better drive there otherwise difficult to travel. i drove, so it was pretty nice. The kind lady also gave me a bottle of her homemade blueberry jam, i love it so much !"

"Dan, I was a very helpful host. She helped us plan our trip into Rome and even made reservations at one of the local restaurants. Being from Canada, the drive to her place was a unique experience."

"Rooms were fairly clean, but both bathrooms had somewhat of a sewer smell. You could see they had plates that covered all drains."

"Booked this property as reviews I read were a 10/10 feedback. Called the owner when I arrived in the area and she let me know she was home, room is upstairs of a house but the toilet and shower were downstairs. So no en suite room. Advertised breakfast which was disappointing on first day, and as I was able to get breakfast at an event I attended so no need for breakfast just a coffee on day 2. Bed was quite firm and had restless nights sleep. "

"If you have had the experience of staying in Medieval town centers - which we love - you'll truly appreciate how your hosts understand how to maneuver the narrow city streets and how you can park right outside their B & B. The location next to a church helps, but they also help you understand the timing for finding a spot. This frees you to enjoy this wonderful town, their gracious hospitality, and the stunning and important nearby historical gardens."

"This was our second two week stay and we love this region of the country. The Palazzo Catalani is the perfect place to while exploring the countryside. The new restaurant is great, the staff welcoming and the local community is full of great people."

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
