Größere Supermärkte sind in 5 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Der Garten ist durch Kiwi- und Weinranken gut beschattet und hat im hinteren Teil ein kleines Kräuterbeet mit Salbei, Minze, Rosmarin…. Das Haus bietet mehr als im Inserat angegeben, was ich gerne erwähnen möchte: es gibt eine Spülmaschine!! Und in jeder Etage ein...
