"Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour...

"Amazing property. Beautifully appointed. Kitchen was well equipped. My family of 5 adults had plenty of room to gather together and spacious bedrooms for time alone. The views were stunning and the drive to Cortina for hiking was very direct and short. An added benefit was an amazing pizzeria located on the ground floor of the apartment. "The setting is out of a fairy tale. Beautiful views of the mountains. Hosts are from the area and had lots of information to share about the local history and things to do. They also made some excellent dining suggestions. My only regret is not having more time to hang out in town because we were visiting for the Olympics."
