"To be very clear: this hotel is in the ARRIVALS hall. If you fly in you have to clear customs to get here (we flew from an EU country so it was very easy but just be aware). If you are staying for a layover you'll need to clear customs to check in and then after you leave the hotel you'll need to get through security again to get to your flight. Its easy to find. As you walk out of security and into the arrivals hall look to your left, almost behind you, and you'll see the sign. Take the elevator/steps down - its in the basement. In the arrivals hall (which you have continued acess to) are a 24 hour groc store and fast food open very late. We got burger king at 1am and there was a subway open too. Maybe others. So basically you won't starve after your very late flight. The woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient- took 5 seconds which was wonderful. The room is small and there are no windows - which is fine because you are just sleeping there. Bathroom was small but had great water pressure and the water was super hot. Bed comfy, room clean, AC worked. If you are staying for a long layover or before/after a flight its PERFECT. Do not evaluate it like its a vacation destination and you'll be happy. We heard no noise all night but to be fair it seemed liked of empty so I cant say for sure about that. Side note we popped into the city via train for 2 hours and it was very easy/manageable in case you are considering it."

"This was my favorite hotel I stayed in during my entire trip of one month. I stayed in it twice and would have stayed longer if I had needed to. Great rooms, and the first night I had just a basic room which was excellent. Very quiet, there's laundry, the breakfast was out of this world, and you can go next door to the Clarion and go to the rooftop bar. The restaurant's really expensive but it's a great place just to have a drink or a snack. There's a halfway decent walking path if you bring a pet. Best thing of all, the terminal is like 100 m away. Just a fantastic place for an exhausted traveler and a very tired dog to crash and recharge."
