Hinta-laatu-suhde ei kohdannut

Huone oli tavallisen kerrostalon alimmassa, maantasokerroksessa, sijaitseva huoneisto, joka on remontoitu uuteen tarkoitukseensa sopivaksi. Pinnat olivat hyvässä kunnossa ja oli siistiä. Standard-huoneessa oli neljän huoneen kesken jaettu keittiö. Asiaa ei mainittu hotellin tiedoissa, vaan sain sen käsityksen, että huoneen yhteydessä on oma keittiö. Perjantai-iltana saapuessani pihalla oli epämääräistä väkeä. Huoneen oven avaukseen käytetty koodisysteemi ei toiminut joka kerralla. Wifin salasana ei toiminut. Plussaa ilmaisesta parkkipaikasta. Kuitenkaan tässä mielestäni ei oikein hinta ja laatu kohtaa, verrattuna muihin vastaaviin kohteisiin.

Dålig upplevelse

Jättedålig kundservice. Började med att vinintresse fick koderna till dörrarna på ankomstdagen! Sedan på kvällen när mkn mamma skulle gå och lägga sig (två olika rum) så fungerar inte hennes kod. Vi ringer servicen i nästan över 2 h, dem försöker med nya koder men vägrar att skicka dit någon med nyckel slm kan öppna. Otrevliga i telefon och struntade i att svara flera ggr. Kl.02.00 kom dem äntligen och släppte in min mamma. Inga ursäkter ingenting.. aldrig mer kan jag säga!
