"I have stayed here previously (which is why I booked the SUITE room that I did). When we got to hotel they stated they were having I believe electrical issues and needed to give us a a regular room with a discount. The gal asked how many will be in our room, we thought it was goin to be 4 but instead turned to 3. She then stated that I would receive a discount and free parking. I just wished that we would've known before check in. So I did get the free parking which was great. But, I'm wondering how I'll get refunded any $$ as I paid from hotels.com. I'm hopeing someone can reach out to me and answer. The hotel staff all around were super great. "

"Our air conditioner didn't work after a 95 degree day. After calling downstairs twice, finally at 3:30am someone brought us a fan and told us to open the window. Front desk lady said because we booked through expedia she couldn't help us."

"Our dog was welcome, but the building itself is sorely in need of repair. The doorknobs and even shower knobs had loose screws and nearly fell off when using them! The exterior door had a four inch gap rotted off. Sad mess"
